The KES quick release lens mount for Sony 200-600mm f / 5.6-6.3G OSS lens used in conjunction with the replacement LP-68 handle supports the front of the lens.

When using the LS-2 lens holder, the up and down shift is completely reduced when loosening the lens neck to rotate the lens.
