The solid and professional Leofoto MP-284C monopod is a carbon tripod for heavy equipment.

This carbon tripod can support up to 15 kg and has a range of 165 cm without ball joint.

The monopod tripod weighs 370 grams when folded 53 cm long.

Robust carbon monopod tripod:

Carbon tripods are relatively very light and more robust. The carbon tripod also absorbs shaking. The Leofoto MP-284C professional monopod carbon tripod is certainly no exception. It can support up to 15 pounds, so you can use almost any combination of professional cameras / lenses on this monopod. This monopod tripod is made of carbon fibers woven in a cross and reinforced. The foot has a diameter ranging from 19 mm to 28 mm. The tripod plate has a combined 1/4 and 3/8 inch tripod screw so you can easily attach a compact ball head like the Leofoto VH-10. A holder with a wrist strap allows you to avoid accidentally dropping the Leofoto monopod tripod.

Tripod with removable rubber base:

The MP-284C tripod stand is sturdy and is constructed with 4 parts that can be easily moved. The monopod is fixed with a locking screw also called twistlock. The foot is fixed and removed by simply turning the screws. Leofoto has covered the upper part of the tripod with rubber foam, so as not to have cold hands during use. The monopod is composed for its lower part of a removable shock absorbing rubber foot for a stable grip on all kinds of surfaces. You can, if necessary, replace the foot with a stainless steel tip (optional).
