ACRATECH - GXP-SS ball joint:

A smaller version of our GXP ball head, but still has a robust 15.87 kg and the ability to function as a ball head, pendulum head and pan head.

The GXP-SS has a shorter quick release clamp and smaller base diameter than the GXP. It is perfect for travel tripods.

All Acratech heads are designed to be lightweight and rugged for the active outdoor photographer. The open structure allows moisture, dirt and debris to pass through instead of being trapped inside a socket.

Available with our Arca Swiss style quick release, button or locking lever clamp.

The locking lever clamp has a safety zone so the first 25% of lever movement will not allow your camera to release.
