SOUFFLE D'AUBRAC - by Renaud Dengreville
The Aubrac, this land hung on the sky towards the south of the Massif Central, spreads its landscapes of a breathtaking force. The seasons are very marked with long and harsh winters. The plateau located more than a thousand meters above sea level is offered to all winds. Deep forests are home to botanical treasures and wild animals are still relatively quiet. It is in the heart of this secret world of the plateau and the high forests that Renaud Dengreville (portrait to come on faunesauvage.fr) invites us over the seasons in the animal tracks and those of the fox in particular.
Knower and passionate defender of this indispensable common heritage, he takes us patiently and lovingly towards the beauty of our Mother Earth and those who live there in complete freedom. After so many years, the "watchman of life" has continued to observe to better understand and enjoy wild encounters. Each of them tells a story, expresses an emotion and a lesson in life. Every day spent outside is a hymn to our common kingdom, the earth.
